Oscar Roper - Managing Consultant
Platform Smart are pleased to announce that from August 2024, Oscar Roper will be transitioning from his existing role as Head of Associate Programme to Managing Consultant. In his new role Oscar will lead the client engagement and oversee the delivery of our associate teams across a number of key clients.
Oscar has been with the business almost since inception and in that time has held various roles across resourcing and most recently leading the development and growth of our Associate Programme.
Oscar will now join our Managing Consultant team focussing his time nurturing our client partnerships and understanding how we can best support their Technology Transformation through our varied services and trusted Associate capability.
Our Head of Resourcing, Lindsay Hill, will be picking up Oscars existing resourcing responsibilities and we will be increasing the capacity in Lindsay’s team to help aid Oscar’s transition to his new role.
