This privacy policy aims to give you information on how Platform Smart collects and processes your personal data through your use of our website and other means including post, telephone, and email, including any data you may provide through our website when you submit an enquiry, participate in discussion boards, our newsletters, or other social media functions.

· Register to attend one of our events

· Work via Platform Smart or an umbrella company and the contract needs to be raised and signed

Using our enquiry form via our website -
By sending an enquiry, via our enquiry form, you will be required to provide limited information including your name and email address. We will only use your information to respond to your enquiry.
We may need to pass your information to third parties who help us to respond to your enquiry but, if so, that information is only given to those third parties for that limited purpose and we require them to treat your information with the utmost confidentiality.
If at any time you decide you would like to unsubscribe from our newsletter or correspondence, please send an email to enquiries@platform-smart.co.uk indicating that you no longer wish to hear from us. Any newsletters will also always have an unsubscribe link in the footer.
We are not able to personally identify you using your information we obtain.

Who do we share your data with?
Platform Smart are primarily a Data Processor, which means a natural or legal person, public authority, agency or other body which processes personal data on behalf of the controller.
In order to provide our services, we may share relevant information with the following third parties.
1. Clients of Platform Smart – Platform Smart profile for the purposes of review and associates email address for potential introduction
2. Our third party technology, including but not limited to MS Azure, MS 365, Workflow Max (3rd party providers are subject to change).
3. HMRC for permanent employees for tax and payroll purposes
4. Our benefits providers – applicable for permanent employees only
How long do we keep your data?
We will only retain your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes we collected it for, including for the purposes of satisfying any legal, accounting or reporting requirements.
If you fail to provide personal data
If you fail to provide personal data when requested, or that we are required by law to collect, we may not be able to enter a contract with you.
Marketing
We may use your personal information to send you updates and keep you informed of new opportunities. We have a legitimate interest in processing your personal information for marketing purposes. However, where consent is needed, we will ask for this consent separately.

We take your privacy and security very seriously and take appropriate measures to ensure that your data is protected from misuse.
Transmitting information over the internet is not completely secure, and we are unable to guarantee the security of your data. Any data you do transmit is done so at your own risk.
Once your data is received, we have procedures and security features in place to try and keep your data secure. We will not share your information with any other organisations for marketing, market research or commercial purposes, or pass on your details to other websites without your consent.
