Carbon Neutral Since 2023
Sustainability isn’t something that is new to Platform Smart, as a direct supplier into UK airports and critical infrastructure we have always been challenged on the Environmental and Social Impact we have on the planet. Recently we are seeing more and more of our clients implement sustainability goals and supplier requirements, with this in mind it’s apparent that it is no longer ethical for businesses to just ‘do nothing’. We understand that achieving these goals are more critical than ever as the need to reverse global warming is urgent, subsequently we want to make changes swiftly and positively, all of which lead to our goal of becoming ‘Carbon Neutral by the end of 2023’.
Certifications & Accreditation
We strive for excellence and quality in everything we do, this is demonstrated by our industry recognised certifications. Platform Smart are ISO9001 Certified and part of the Prompt Payment Code. In addition to this we are actively working towards ISO27001, Cyber Essentials Plus and BCORP accreditations to further demonstrate our commitment to a sustainable and high-quality business.
Time To Talk
Platform Smart actively seek local charity and community initiatives and are in the process of developing our portfolio of local investments. We have been supporting PICU since 2016 and Time To Talk since 2021, both of these charities provide outstanding services and help to children with medical needs as well as counselling for young people respectively. We will continue to find proactive and innovative ways to help and support these great causes for many years to come.
